Iris has worked as a solicitor since 2014 and joined Rydge Evans Lawyers in 2018, bringing with her extensive experience in property, commercial and banking transactions from her years of practice in New South Wales and Victoria.

Iris has acted for clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties and businesses including cruise business, golf course (land and business) and management rights businesses. Iris is also experienced in providing mortgage services to financial institutions and advising the same on regulatory issues including compliance with the AML-CTF regime.

Being brought up in China and educated in China and Australia, Iris has a good understanding of both Chinese and Australian culture and is able to service her clients in English and Mandarin Chinese.
